Toward the realization of a sustainable society, the Hoosiers Group is engaging in various business activities under the three key themes of “Affluent lifestyle, Collaborative regional development, and Environment,” which are necessary for long-term corporate growth, and the two basic themes of “Wellness and Governance.”
Three key Themes
The Group recognizes building houses that support various lifestyles, social issues faced by regional cities, and environmental issues such as climate change as its key management issues. So, aims to create new values and contribute to society through its business activities.
In the modern society where people’s lifestyles are increasingly diversified due to changes such as concentration of population in city centers and increasing nuclear families, the Group aims to create richer lifestyles by offering products and services that meet diversifying housing needs. Some of our past initiatives received the GOOD DESIGN AWARD, which proves that society is appreciative of our efforts.
To deal with declining regional economies due to aging population and depopulation, the Group aims to vitalize regions by providing products and services that respond to region-specific issues and creating sustainable communities. We not only simply build “infrastructure” but also are committed to pursuing “optimal solutions” for each region in cooperation with local governments and community.

The Group recognizes climate change and environmental pollution, etc. as social issues that it should address as a company. So, we will contribute to realization of sustainable society by providing eco-friendly products and services through appropriate use of resources and resource- and energy-saving initiatives, etc. We will also comply with environmental laws and regulations and promote appropriate environmental management.
Two Basic Themes
The Group considers that are important in continuing fair and sound business activities as a company that we have defined the initiatives on employees’ health and comfortable promote the establishment of a company base. We believe these initiatives will lead to new value creation and support sustainable corporate activities toward social contribution.
Based on the idea that human resources are the source of value creation and the most precious assets, the Group strives to ensure health and safety management of employees and promotes initiatives to build a working environment where employees can work with peace of mind.
