GRESB Real Estate Assessment

In the 2025 GRESB^※ Real Estate Assessment, the Group obtained a “2 Star” and “Green Star” rating for Hoosiers Corporation.

※ Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB ) is a benchmark established in 2009, primarily by major pension funds in Europe, to measure the sustainability considerations of real estate companies and asset management entities. GRESB assessment consists of “GRESB Real Estate,” which assesses initiatives in existing real estate investment properties as well as new construction and major renovation projects, and “GRESB Infrastructure,” which assesses efforts in infrastructure funds and assets. The Group participates in the “GRESB Real Estate” assessment.

2025 KIH (KENKO Investment for Health) Outstanding Organization (large corporation)

The Group was certified as "2025 KIH (KENKO Investment for Health) Outstanding Organization (large corporation)" by METI and Nippon Kenko Kaigi in recognition of our initiatives for health and productivity management.

DX certified business operator

the Group was certified as a “DX certified business operator” on October 1, 2025, under the DX Certification System established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan.

Endorsement of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) Recommendations

In the light of the recent abnormal weather patterns and social situations, etc. the Group recognizes that responding to climate change is a crucial business challenge to ensure business continuity. In September 2023, we announced our endorsement of the TCFD recommendations. We will continue to enhance our information disclosure based on the TCFD recommendations, aiming to enhance long-term corporate value and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
